Wintery Chill

Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
I am using Merideth Dillman you can purchase

Scrap kit : NONE
Photo of choice
(supplies in zip )
I used is called elements and frames, by me.
Also included 2 photos, I took Dec/Jan 2008-09.

Plugin:
EyeCandy 5 - Impact Gradient Glow

Ok lets get started:

Open the stampframe (provided)
Go to Image > Canvas Size resize to setting below
600x600
Add new layer, flood fill white
Add drop shadow to frame

Using magic wand click inside of frame
Go to Selection> Modify> Expand by 2
Choose a photo, Paste as new image,
Selection> Invert> hit delete> Deselect.
Colorize to suit your tag. See my tag.

Copy and paste tube resize and position to your liking.
Add drop shadow

Open Snowflake and Snowflake1
Position to your desire, drop shadow of choice,
Duplicate snowflake mirror.

Copy, paste, and resize hanging bow
Position to upper Left of frame

Open paper of choice and past as new layer
I have supplied one that I used.

Open mask> right click on paper layer> New Mask Layer
From image> Source Luminance apply
Right click on mask image> merge group.

Add Copy Right
Add Wintery Chill at the top
Add 3D Image> Inner Bevel>
Settings > Bevel shape 2, width 5 > Smoothness 32> Deepth 5 >
Ambience 0> Shiness 8> Color #b0b8e0> Angel 315> Intensity 38> Elevation 42
Adjust> Sharpness
Apply EyeCandy 5 Imapact Gradient Glow
Settings > 5, 0, 51, 100, 100 a color shade from you image.

Add Name on the botton apply just the gradient glow.

Go to Image> resize by 84
Save your tag.
