I am using Art by Keith Garvey it can be purchased here.

Lets get Started
New canvas 600x350
Mura copies Wallpaper – use 9 on the number
Filter Factory Gallery A – Mirror, Mirror – Default
Italian Editor Generator: Effetto Fantasma – default
Effects > Art Media > Brush Strokes
Softness:3 Length: 20
Bristles:256 Density:36
Width:9 Angel:311
Opacity:1 Color: black
Graphic Plus Panel Strips
Select ever 3rd strip with you magic wand
Flood fill select strips with a color from your tube or gradient
I used colors and a gradient.
Do the same with your other strips using a different color
On the 3rd which I used a silver gradient
I applied Eye Candy 5 Impact – Brushed Metal – Liner Steel
Added DBS Flux Bright Noise – Mix 62
Effects: Edge Effects: Enhance
Move this layer to the bottom
On your top layer apply Blend mood Hardlight
A close up and 2 full body. I used the close up and one full body for my tag.
On the close up I moved to the left and applied Blend Mood Luminance
Full tube resize to fit in your tag, place where desired.
Add drop shadow to both tubes D/S - 5/-5/70/15
Add word art – I used one of Vaby’s – Resize as needed
apply EC4 Gradient glow - 3/0/100 medium white
drops shadow 1/-1/70/1
Drop shadow with - -5/5/70/5
Add Image Add Borders 5 light gray
Select border with Magic Wand
Added DBS Flux Bright Noise – Mix 62
Add Drop Shadow – 5/-5/70/5
Drop shadow with - -5/5/70/5
Deselect
Add name I use font “The Last Font I’m wasting on you”
I used a silver gradient, added DBS flux bright noise – mix 62
Added Eye Candy Gradient glow fat used a color from my tube and white.
Drops shadow 1/-1/70/1
resize 550x325 and save.
